      TimeBillers was founded in 1996 and incorporated in 1998.  We embrace the values of freedom and independence offered by the new paradigm of home-based operation.  Technology has been a large factor in allowing that autonomy, as faxing and e-mail are the most convenient methods of communication between TimeBillers and our clients.  Workers are connected by remote entry applications, fax, e-mail and telephone.  We pride ourselves on our accessibility to our clients.  The freedom allows us to work in a less stressful environment, avoiding commutes and lowering costs.  With the home-based structure, our founder and workers are balancing all aspects of their lives, while providing superb service to TimeBillers' clients.

      Our founder, Jeanine Rogers, has nearly 20 years experience working for Oregon law firms in billing, accounting, computer systems and software.  Ms. O'Connell (fka Rogers)also has extensive experience in assembly-line processes; was in the U.S. Army where she ran top Brigade and Battalion offices for 3 years as an enlisted person, then went to Officer Candidate School (OCS) to become an officer.  She was in the Army Corps of Engineers managing engineering projects, and also worked at the Pentagon.

      Ms. O'Connell (fka Rogers)has a B.A. in Business Management Information Systems, with an emphasis in computers, from Linfield College. Her education concentrated on the systems development life cycle process of computer software and hardware development. 

      Her experience and life-long entrepreneurial motivations provide the valuable skills and talents required to direct TimeBillers' operations.
