Account # box (shaded) is a TimeBillers account number. It will be assigned once the form is returned and processed.
Top Table: Please fill in all the information regarding your firm. If a box does not apply, leave it blank.
Middle Table: List the timekeeper names in your firm as they use them professionally, list up to 3 initial letters, their position in the firm, and their normal billing rate per hour.
Third Table: (Optional) Firm Rate Tables are used to simplify in-processing of files. When you fill out a New File Request Form, you can list the Rate Table by number under Billing Rates section (#6-Other), rather than writing out all the positions and rates each time you open a new file. If TimeBillers is placing your billing information in CLAS® billing software, you may list as many rate tables as you want (include additional sheets, if needed). if we are processing your billing information through Timeslips® software, then you may only use the 6 open fields on the table as rate tables.
